Of General Interest:Our show is not a juried show, but all efforts are made to ensure the very minimal duplication of product is to be shown. We strive that the majority of the variety of products sold are handmade, although some well received commercial product is sold. The Fair attracts 3500-4500 persons yearly and is a greatly anticipated event in the community! This year we expect over 165 booths! Admission is $1.00, which purchases a ticket for the vendor sponsored raffle. Multiple numbers are called every 20 minutes to give everyone better opportunity to win! Join us for a wonderful homemade breakfast or lunch available onsite, provided by the Parent’s Club! Come join us for a fun day of shopping … and support your Center Grove Trojans! Of Interest to Vendors:Registration Form: Payment Deadline Oct 14 2009 All efforts will be made to give vendors requested area, but as stated first come, first serve. As this is a fundraiser for CG Football Parent’s club and we have concessions on the premises, no registrations for foodstuffs other than those preserved or prepackaged and not intended for consumption on the premises will be accepted. Vendor donations for the attendee raffle is requested, but not required. Set up time is 6-11pm on Friday Nov 6th (Hall of Excellence access subject to change if CG is playing a home sectional football game) and 6:00am until 8:00am on Saturday. Vendors not checked in by 7:30am Saturday will lose booth space, no refunds. Vendors are strongly suggested to be set up and ready by 8am. Booths must remain open until 4pm. Coffee and breakfast available for purchase by 7am. Lunch available after 11:00am. BOOTH RENTAL IS $42 FOR APPROX. 100 SQUARE FOOT OF SPACE. MORE THAN ONE BOOTH MAY BE RENTED DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY. IF YOU ARE RENTING ELECTRICITY, PLEASE BRING EXTENSION CORDS AND DUCT TAPE TO TAPE CORD ON FLOOR. TABLE or ELECTRIC RENTAL REQUESTS MUST BE GIVEN BY WED. NOV 5. LAST MINUTE REQUESTS CANNOT ALWAYS BE ACCOMODATED. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL OR PHONE CALL WITH CONFIRMATION OF BOOTH SPACE NUMBER 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO FAIR.
